PPC Web Spy is a little software that gets installed in Firefox browser that allows you view Adwords keywords of ANY Adwords advertiser as you browse Google.
As you browse results after doing a google search, the software automatically places a “view keywords” button below each paid ad. If you click on it, it reveals the keywords that the Adwords advertiser is bidding on, PLUS a TON of other information, like:
- How much they’re paying per click!
- Their Adwords rank
- How much they spend every day!
As you know already, paid advertising on Google (Pay Per Click - Adwords) is the biggest source of leads and customers. Ever wondered what keywords were bringing the big players windfall profits? If you’ve done it, then you know that having the right keywords can make the difference between profit or loss. And if you get them dead right, then windfall profits are not too far away…
I tested the free version of the software and found it works as advertised. I seem to have formed a habit of checking most ads sometimes for the fun of it, but you can never learn enough about the variations successful marketers use!
There’s only one drawback:
The free version shows me only 10 keywords. You must upgrade to platinum in order to see all the keywords they are using.
